Thank you for joining us as a NAROO Ambassador. Just as your presence is an important part of the program, so is following the Program Terms and Policies that detail the rules of the program. Here is a general overview of the program’s rules, which you should read carefully.
  1. The purpose of the program is to share the NAROO way of life and to bring new clients to our brand.
  2. Treat other ambassadors with respect and kindness.
  3. You must be 18 or older to be an ambassador.
  4. Please don’t comment with your code on any NAROO or NAROO affiliate’s posts.
  5. Do not resell NAROO products.
  6. Do not add your exclusive coupon code to public coupon sites.

About the NAROO Ambassador Program

 
Who is a NAROO Ambassador? NAROO Ambassadors are a community of amazing outdoors people who share our vision and passion  for the brand while earning great perks along the way. As lovers of outdoor activities, our ambassadors come together to learn the benefits of NAROO products while also earning commissions, receiving rewards, and enjoying the company of the #NAROOSQUAD.  As an ambassador, you’ll not only make a commission on every sale you make, but you’ll have access to great perks, an exclusive referral code for your friends and family, and much more. We’re currently accepting applications from US, Canada, Europe, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, Australia, New Zealand, UAE, Saudi Arabia, and South Africa residents for now. Who can become part of NAROO Ambassador program? A NAROO Ambassador is someone who loves the outdoors, participates in sports, has an active online presence, and actively participates in the program’s activities. They integrate NAROO products and philosophy into their social media regularly, earning great perks as they go. There are also a few other requirements for NAROO ambassadors which are as follows:
  • You must be at least 18 years of age. 
  • You must have an Instagram account.
  • You must have a PayPal account.
  • You must agree with the ambassador agreement to participate in the Program and to receive Commissions.
  • You must clearly state the following, or any substantially similar statement (the “Disclosure”) on your Profiles: “As a NAROO Brand Ambassador, I earn from qualifying purchases. 
  • You must be kind and respectful and make no discriminations based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, marital status, or political affiliation.
How does the Ambassador Portal manage my Ambassador Account? Very simply. After you are accepted into the ambassador program via email, you click the link to the portal where you can create your account.  Inside the portal you’ll have everything you need: you can find and complete activities, join special challenges, claim your rewards, find your personalized Ambassador code and referral link, monitor your current referral sales, check your points, check your payment history, change account settings, and more. How do I complete activities and earn points?
  1. Register in the Portal and fill out your Profile. 
  2. Login and click on the “Activities” tab to complete and submit completed NAROO activities. (Be sure to read and carefully follow all instructions!)
  3. Input your activity into the portal.
  4. Once you complete an activity and get approval, you’ll be credited with points.
  5. Redeem your rewards points for exclusive products, discounts, and cash bonuses in NAROO’s Rewards Store. (Keep a lookout because rewards are updated regularly.)
How do I stay active in the program? All you have to do is regularly complete activities! Be sure to stay tuned for all announcements via email (and Instagram) on new activities, rewards, contests, challenges, giveaways, and much more. How will we communicate for this program? We will update you about any program details, updates, or changes via email as well as post activity summaries at our ambassador dedicated IG page: @naroo_ambassadors. Because we constantly update the program, so please be sure to check your registered email regularly.  Can I cancel my Brand Ambassador Account? Yes, you can cancel at any time because our program is for celebrating the outdoors and sports, and should fit into your life. Just email us at squad@naroomask.com and we can cancel your account for you. Remember, you are welcome back any time.

Referrals

 
What is my exclusive referral link? Your exclusive referral link is an exclusive shopping link that makes it easier to share your exclusive discount code via your social media. It uses cookies to track the purchase so that your account can be credited with your commission after 14 days. How do I receive a commission on referrals? Once someone makes a purchase using your personal referral link or discount code, it will be noted on your portal at naroo.brandchamp.io. You will receive a 10% commission for every sale you make. Payouts issue must exceed $15.00  to receive a commission payment. How often are my referrals updated in my portal? One a referral link is used, it can take up to 30 minutes for the referral order to appear in your portal after the order has been processed and shipped. How can I refer this program to my friends and family? If you want your friends and family to join you as an ambassador and earn some points while doing it, just share the link naroomask.com/ambassadors and tell your friends to put your full name in the “Referred by”.

Codes

 
Can I change my exclusive code? Yes, you can change your exclusive code. Please email us as squad@naroomask.com to let us know what you would like to change it to. Please understand that not all changes can be accepted because they may be duplicates or for systemic reasons. If it can be changed, we will wait to change it until after the payment cycle completes to be sure you get your full rewards and payments. I forgot to apply a code to an order. What do I do? Unfortunately, we can’t help if the order is made and promo code is not applied.  Can my exclusive code be used with other discounts? No, your exclusive code cannot be used together with other discounts as our website only processes one coupon code at a time.

Rewards, Payments, and Sales

 
What are the available rewards?
  • 10% on approved sales from discount code or referral links
  • Sneak peeks into new products
  • Earn and redeem points for an assortment of rewards
  • Special ambassador-only events and exclusive products
  • Unique 10% referral code for your friends and followers
  • For every athlete you refer to the program, you will receive 50 points.
Do I need to sell a certain amount? Not at all. The NAROO Ambassador Program is all about bringing worldwide ambassadors together to create a community around the NAROO brand and vision. It’s all based on you: the more effort you put into making commissions, the more you’ll make. You choose your level of involvement. How do I track my sales and commissions? All you have to do is log into your account at naroo.brandchamp.io. Go to the main dashboard, there you can track your sales and the commissions you earn. How do you make a sale and get paid? A sale is made when someone uses your personal referral link or discount code to purchase from naroomask.com. It uses cookies to track the purchase so that your account can be credited with your commission after 14 days. Then, you will be paid via PayPal around the 1st of each month. The minimum payment we are able to make is $15.00.  It looks like my commission is missing or negative. What do I do? Reach out to us at amb@naroomask.com so we look into it. Be sure to share your email and the commission information so we can better help you out. If there is a negative amount on your payment account, this is due to a returned or canceled order. How do I get paid? Is it through Paypal? Yes, our program pays all commissions via PayPal only. If you don’t have a PayPal account, simply head to PayPal.com to set one up. We can accept business accounts. How do I redeem my rewards? Log into your BrandChamp.io portal and click on the “Rewards” tab. There you will be able to see all possible rewards, how many points their worth, and which you are eligible to redeem. When are rewards shipped? The great thing about the NAROO Ambassador Program is that you can claim your rewards points right away for a coupon. Then, with your coupon you order on naroomask.com. At that point your order is subject to our Shipping Policies. How long will the order I made with my rewards coupon take to get to me? NAROO is a global company. We ship all over the world, which means that shipping times can vary. Depending on where you live, it can take anywhere from 3 to 10 days. Please visit our Shipping Policies page to see shipping times specific to your region.

Program Terms and Conditions

By submitting an application to this program you are agreeing to be part of a contract by and between NAROO CEM Ltd. (“NAROO”), and the individual who intends to enroll and participate in this program (“AMBASSADOR”). The AMBASSADOR is agreeing that they have read and understood all the terms and conditions of this agreement.

Applicants may be accepted to participate in this program activities, it is NAROO’s sole discretion to accept or reject the applications. If accepted, AMBASSADOR must comply with the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement and that may be modified from time to time. In case the AMBASSADOR does not agree with the changes or replacement, the AMBASSADOR can choose to terminate their participation in the program.

Description of the Program 

This program is available on an individual basis and solely on the AMBASSADOR’s account. The program allows the account holder to participate in activities to claim rewards and to monetize their social media user-generated content or provided materials by placing a personalized referral link or a personalized coupon code on their social media profiles. When a customer purchases goods from naroomask.com, the account holder is eligible to receive a commission as described in Section 5 as well as a series of rewards for completing activities on the Portal.

Ambassador as Independent contractor

In this Agreement, NAROO and the AMBASSADOR are not creating any partnership, agency, franchise, nor employee, agent, or representative of NAROO; it being understood and agreed that AMBASSADOR is an Independent Contractor. Obligations can’t be assumed and the AMBASSADOR should not make any warranties or representations on NAROO’s behalf.

The AMBASSADOR should be sure that the information in their application is complete, up-to-date, and accurate. NAROO may send communications, notifications, and news to the email address provided when the account is created.

Eligibility 

  • AMBASSADOR must be at least 18 years of age.
  • AMBASSADOR must have an Instagram account.
  • AMBASSADOR must have a PayPal account.
  • AMBASSADOR must agree with this Agreement to participate in the Program and to receive Commissions.
  • AMBASSADOR must clearly state the following, or any substantially similar statement (the “Disclosure”) on AMBASSADOR’s Profiles: “As a NAROO Brand Ambassador, I earn from qualifying purchases.
  • AMBASSADOR must be kind and respectful and make no discriminations based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, marital status, or political affiliation.
 

Restricted activities 

1- AMBASSADOR should be the owner of the content posted or shared as part of this program.

2- If any content posted by the AMBASSADOR includes third-party content, the AMBASSADOR agrees to have all necessary permissions from these third parties to allow NAROO and any other partners to use the content, including permission from all persons appearing on this content.

3- AMBASSADOR’s personalized code is only for their use in their profiles. Acceptance in this program doesn’t mean the AMBASSADOR has any rights to sell NAROO products at events or through their channels, only if the AMBASSADOR has received contracted permission from our side.

4- AMBASSADOR must not share their referral link or code on official NAROO social media channels or wholesale accounts or stores (ex: @naroo_global, @naroo_russia, etc) or in the comments. 

5- Do not engage in any marketing practices that could be misleading or fraudulent.

6- AMBASSADOR cannot share their code to coupon-related sites.

7- AMBASSADOR will not misrepresent themselves as an employee of NAROO.

8- AMBASSADOR can not create a website or social media channel that resembles the official NAROO channels.

9- Do not post content promoting sexually explicit materials, violence, discord, discrimination, questionable activities, spam, bashing of other companies or rivals.

If NAROO suspects a breach of any of the terms of this agreement, NAROO will investigate and reserve the right to refuse payment for referrals, whether or not directly related to such violation without notice or violation of this policy will result in the termination of this contract and immediate dismissal from the program.

Commissions and Rewards 

Qualifying purchases occur when a customer uses the AMBASSADOR’s personalized code or referral link from NAROO site and the customer payment is completed. NAROO will pay the AMBASSADOR a commission of no less than 10% of the price paid by the customer on completed orders. If a customer incorrectly inputs a personalized code and the customer has fully placed and completed an order, no matter the circumstances, the commission cannot be claimed. Be sure to share the personalized code code without misspellings.

An example of how the personalized codes work is as follows: if a customer uses the personalized code or referral link to purchase a product priced at $100.00 USD and the personalized code offers the customer a 10% discount, after fully applying the code and processing the order, NAROO will receive payment of $90.00 USD  ($100.00 USD less the 10% discount of $10.00 USD), and the AMBASSADOR will then be eligible to receive a 10% commission of $9.00 USD of $9.00 USD (10% of $90.00 USD).

Commission on Qualifying purchases can be disqualified with (a) violation of this agreement, terms, conditions, or policies that may be modified or issued from time to time; (b) order cancellation, return, or refund has been initiated; (c) purchases that occur after termination of the agreement.

The AMBASSADOR can be eligible to receive NAROO Reward Points for completing activities through the Portal. NAROO reserves the right to approve or reject activity completion depending on the AMBASSADOR’s performance on the activities that may qualify for NAROO Reward Points. NAROO Reward Points do not have a monetary value, the points allow redemption of the NAROO Rewards, according to any applicable terms and conditions.

Commissions are paid via PayPal approximately 30 days following the end of each calendar month in which they were earned. AMBASSADOR’s will be paid in United States Dollars. By applying to this program, the AMBASSADOR agrees that the conversion rate will be determined by PayPal’s operating standards, and will be responsible for any PayPal fees, and any taxes.

NAROO is not responsible for any commissions that are not received by the AMBASSADOR due to PayPal holds or any suspension of the AMBASSADOR’s PayPal account. In case PayPal holds the payment, the AMBASSADOR should directly contact PayPal’s customer service. If an excess payment was made in error, NAROO reserves the right to adjust the same against any subsequent fees payable.

Intellectual Property 

By accepting to participate in this program, the AMBASSADOR is granting NAROO an exclusive, royalty-free, and irrevocable right to use and exploit the content created by the AMBASSADOR under this agreement, including NAROO’s worldwide wholesaler channels. NAROO may share such content with its partners for its channels.

Taxes

As part of this program, the AMBASSADOR will be receiving a monetary commission and is responsible for any taxes they are legally obligated to report for receiving payments. NAROO is not responsible for any tax deductions that the responsible for any taxes legally obligated to report for receiving payments might be required to pay depending on their country’s regulations.

Customers

NAROO customers are not the AMBASSADORs customers as part of this program. The AMBASSADOR must not handle contact with customers related to matters that require NAROO interaction. Any customers that contact the AMBASSADOR directly regarding a matter that NAROO should handle such as orders, coupon code questions, and anything else related should be to be redirected to NAROO and not be handled by the AMBASSADOR.

Confidentiality

1- By being part of this program, the AMBASSADOR agrees that all financial, business, and technical information learned, obtained or developed following this agreement are owned by NAROO.

The AMBASSADOR should not disclose or use any Proprietary Information, except in performing services under this Agreement.

Warranties

– The AMBASSADOR warrants that they will be part of this program in line with this agreement.

– The AMBASSADOR’s participation and their profile will not violate any applicable laws, rules, licenses, permits, codes of practice of a government entity with the authority in their jurisdiction.

– The AMBASSADOR is capable of lawfully entering into contracts.

–  The AMBASSADOR enters this program by their desire without relying on representation.

– The AMBASSADOR is not subject to law-imposed sanctions by the governments of the country where they are using the NAROO site.

Exclusivity 

The AMBASSADOR must not endorse any other face wear category-related brands/products as part of this program during the duration of participation in this program. Those products include but are not limited to, other masks, tubulars, scarves, neck gaiters, balaclavas, etc.

Termination

By submitting an application to this program, The AMBASSADOR is agreeing to be part of a contract by and between NAROO CEM Ltd. (“NAROO”), and the individual who intends to enroll and participate in this program.  Both parties may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause by presenting a written notice. The AMBASSADOR can contact NAROO at any time at squad@naroomask.com
