Shipping Process

  • We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, DPO. Please use a street address in your order.
  • Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery destination.
  • Once packages are shipped, they are in the hands of the shipping company, not NAROO.
  • If you have questions on the status of your package, please check naroomask.com/track using your tracking number and/or reach out to the shipper’s customer service. Please note that the tracking may not show up until it arrives in the destination country.

Customs and tax
Every country has different customs and tax policies. Please check your country’s policy before you purchase. We are not responsible for any additional customs, tax, or other country-levied fees. If you wish to return your package and receive a refund, the shipping funds will be deducted from the refund.

Orders from North America are shipped from the U.S. with following terms:

  • Fulfyld Standard: 2-6 days
  • Canada Standard: 2-6 days
  • Fulflyd Express: 2-3 days guaranteed
  • Canada Express: 2-3 days guaranteed

Orders from other countries are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped from South Korea

    • EMS, UPS, DHL worldwide shipping methods are available.
    • EMS delivery takes 7-15 business days depending on the customer country’s postal conditions.
    • DHL, UPS delivery period varies by regions.
      • Asia Pacific: 2-5 days
      • South East Asia: 3-5 days
      • Oceania: 3-6 days
      • North America: 3-7 days
      • Europe: 3-7 days
      • Middle East & South Asia: 4-10 days
    • We are offering Free EMS shipping on orders over $70 USD and Free UPS(EMS) shipping for orders over $150 USD.
    • There is a DHL shipping option also available to some countries, but please note that DHL is not discounted.

Return Policy

Return process

  • If you wish you return (an) item(s), please contact us via our website within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Send us an inquiry with pictures of the item (and of any product damages) within 3 days of receipt.please reach us via Return Application Form.
  • Once your inquiry is submitted, please allow us 7-10 business days to process the return and issue the refund.
  • Once the returned item is received at the specified address, we will issue a refund (which will not include the shipping fee).

 

Returns due to defective items or wrong delivery

  • If you have received a defective item or your package was incorrectly delivered, please contact us via our website. In most cases, we can’t bear the international shipping costs for the return and/or replacement. If you have received a defective item, please provide images of the damage as a part of your return request.

 

Return due to personal reasons

  • If you don’t like the items for personal reasons, including size and color, you may return the items. Please contact us via our website within 7 days of receiving the items. You must return your shipment within 3 days after return request or we are unable to process the return Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping (including international).

 

Refund period

  • After requesting a return, please allow up to 7-10 business days for the completion of the order’s return from the date of the return request.
  • Please allow us 7 – 14 business days for PayPal & Credit Card refunds. The amount of time for the processing of returns depends on your financial institution.
  • If it takes more than 7 – 14 business days to process your refund, please contact your financial institution.
  • Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Lost Packages

  • If a package has been lost en route, please message the courier to make sure it gets to you.
  • If the package was delivered and never received please contact the courier for resolution as we are not liable after delivery.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Process

  • If you wish to cancel (an) item(s) or order(s) that is unshipped, please contact us via our website immediately.  
  • If your product has already been shipped, then please follow the Return Process. The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Once your inquiry is submitted, please allow us 1 business day to process a pre-shipment cancellation. If the order has already been shipped, the order must be delivered before proceeding with the Return Process.
