  2. Returns
    • If you wish you return (an) item(s), please contact us via our website within 7 days of receiving your order.
    • Please note that save for damaged items, sealed product packages that have been opened are not eligible for reimbursement due to hygiene and safety reasons.
  3. Returns due to defective items or wrong delivery
    • If you have received a defective item or your package was incorrectly delivered, please contact us via our website. In most cases, we can’t bear the international shipping costs for the return and/or replacement.
  4. Return due to personal reasons
    • If you don’t like the items for personal reasons, including size and color, you may return the items. Please contact us via our website within 7 days of receiving the items. You must return your shipment within 3 days after receiving the return label or we are unable to process the return
