NAROO F-Series Masks has several certifications from Japanese accredited institutions, including proving that the masks protect from particulate matter as small as 1.7 with a 99% rate of effectiveness.
NAROO Masks have several certifications from KATRI, including one that certifies the F.U+ Kid’s mask is safe for kids.
Based on expert opinion and approved by Allergy UK, NAROO’s F-Series products are unlikely to cause a reaction and may be of benefit for allergy sufferers and are suitable for use as part of an allergen management plan.
The medical mask is not sealed on the sides and will allow particles in. It will not let particles in through front. Many of our masks are sealed in the front and on the sides and will not allow particles in.
The F-Series has passed Safety Standard tests, which makes it safe for wearing. The F.U+ is additionally certified as safe for children. Many customers have enjoyed these masks on their children.
Any NAROO mask in the F-Series has a higher rate of effectiveness than an every day mask. They filter particles as small as 1.7 microns. The normal droplet is about 5 microns in size. Also, the mask is sealed on all sides, protecting the cheek areas, nose area, and chin area from incoming droplets. This mask can be used repeatedly and washed many times. It can also be used in your daily life and provides more protection than a regular cotton mask.

Our masks filter fine dust and particulate matter as small as PM1.7 (PM2.5 includes matters from 0 to 2.5 microns)
NAROO Masks do not have a filter and will not be damaged by mindful washing.

The nose clips, fit, and depending on the model, ear straps, in our masks help to fit the mask closely to the skin, creating a seal that prevents pollution, pollen, and other particulates from entering from the top, bottom, or sides.

Smoke can range from 0.01 to 4 microns in size. Our masks protect airways from particles as small as 1.7 microns.
Because most health issues are caused by PM2.5, we have focused on those particles rather than gases or other toxins. Particles smaller than 2.5 microns are easily inhaled and directly absorbed into the bloodstream, which can negatively affect your health.
NAROO masks are designed specifically for sports people. That means we focus on the breathability of the mask and take the balance between oxygen intake and protection from harmful particles into consideration.
Our masks lines have different levels of anti-fog functionality. However, if the masks are worn correctly, your lenses will not fog up.

Exercising in the summer can be tricky business with the heat, sun, humidity, and insects. This is why NAROO has masks in several lines that keep you cool, controls humidity, are quick-dry, protects from UV rays, and protects from insects.
Half balaclava is better to wear for short distance, and full balaclava is good for long distances
The F.U Plus Copper is made of different fabric materials. Some polyester, some neylon, and some copper-infused yarns. The copper is bonded to the yarn through a process called ionic bonding. Due to this process, the copper will not break into particles that can be inhaled.

If an item of your order is missing, please follow the steps below to ensure that you are taken care of as quickly as possible.
In order to receive a missing item, exchange an incorrect item or receive a refund including shipping fees, you must fill out our Return Application Form within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
Please ensure that you follow all instructions on the Return Application Form.
If you wish to change an order that is not yet processed or shipped, please contact us via our website immediately. After that, the order is in the hands of the courier and is unable to be altered.
After placing an order, you should receive a confirmation e-mail with the details of your order, including your order number. If you cannot locate your confirmation e-mail, please check your junk/spam folder as sometimes they may be found there. If you still cannot locate your confirmation email, please message us via our contact form.
If your coupon code isn’t working, please double-check that the code is correctly inputted and that it has not yet expired. If you have correctly entered the code and it has not yet expired, please message us via our contact form.

There you will find your dashboard, orders, shipping addresses, payment methods, and other account details.
Yes, NAROO masks are higher priced than the everyday medical or cloth mask. What the price indicates is quality. We’ve done our research. Our products are tested by certified organizations all over the world. We use top-quality materials and constantly expand refine our technology so that athletes can train without worrying about their environments. Also, NAROO masks are cost-effective when compared to other mask types. Please take a look at this cost comparison chart for the NAROO filtering FIs mask. For the quality and safety, the cost per use is only $.50 compared to a lower quality medical mask at $.30 is worth the small price discrepancy.
You can pay for your NAROO Mask order in one of two ways:
1) Global Credit/Debit Card: If you choose this method of payment, please note that the billing descriptor will be listed as either naroomask.com or Paymentwall/Brick.
2) PayPal: If you choose this method of payment, all you have to do is sign in to your PayPal account and proceed as directed. If you don’t have a PayPal account, it is easy to make for free.
Your card information is not stored on our website and we use SLL encryption to process all payments. Transactions with PayPal and Paymentwall adhere to their high-security standards.
Shipping
Shipping times vary depending on where the product is shipped from and where the product is shipped to. Please take a look at our shipping page for more details.

We are offering free EMS shipping on orders over $70 USD and Free UPS (EMS) shipping for orders over $150 USD (when shipped from Korea). There are DHL and UPS shipping options also available to some countries, with discounts for carts starting at $70 USD.
Depending on where you live and which warehouse your product is coming from, shipping prices may vary. Please check to see if you are ordering from a warehouse nearest you for the best shipping prices.
Every country has different customs and tax policies. Please check your country’s policy before you purchase. We are not responsible for any additional customs, tax, or other country-levied fees. If you wish to return your package and receive a refund, the shipping funds will be deducted from the refund.
If you never received your order or there is a damaged or incorrect product, NAROO will pay shipping for the return. If you would like a refund for an incorrect size or for a personal reason, you will have to pay for shipping.
Depending on where the product ships from, shipping options will vary. We have Standard, Express, EMS, UPS, and DHL shipping options. Please review our shipping terms to see what is available for your location.
NAROO has several warehouses all over the world including South Korea, the U.S., and The Netherlands. Please check here for a list of available items from these shipping locations and for shipping time lines.
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, DPO. Please use a street address in your order.
While most of our products are available to be shipped from our U.S. warehouse, some are not. Please check our List of available items to ship from the US.
If you haven’t yet received your package, please follow these steps:
1) Please check your package’s tracking number that was sent to you via email. If you can’t find the email, please be sure to check your junk/spam boxes
2) Enter your package’s tracking number into 17track.net to track where it is.
3) If the package is with the courier, the most efficient way to track its speed is to contact your local courier (post office, UPS, EMS, DHL) to see where it is.

Most NAROO masks can be washed after several uses. Please do so gently by hand or on a cold, low tumble cycle and then hang dry. For detailed washing instruction please check here.
However, for the F-Series, filters are the knitted fabric. In order to remove the filtered contaminents, it is recommended to wash after every use.
You can put any NAROO mask in your washing machine on cold, low tumble. However, do not put it in the dryer. It will stretch and pull the fabric, compromising the fabric’s integrity. The best way to wash any NAROO mask is by hand. For detailed washing instruction please check here. Then, line-dry in the shade in a well-ventilated area.
