Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide to over 150 countries.
Unfortunately there are still some places we cannot yet ship to.
If your country isn’t on the shipping list, please message us via our contact form.

Can you ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, and DPOs?

Please include in your order notes that the address you put is P.O. Box. etc.

Can I change my delivery address/order after I place my order?

We can proceed your request if you contact us before the order has been processed and shipped. Once your order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to change the delivery destination. Please be sure you input the correct address. Any reshipment fees are your responsibility.
Once packages are shipped, they are in the hands of the shipping company, not NAROO.

Can I cancel my order after I place my order?

If you wish to cancel an order that is not yet processed or shipped, please contact us via our website immediately, within 2 hours, otherwise once your order is shipped we cannot cancel it.

Are my items shipped in one package?

Yes, all items in an order are shipped together in one package.

How do I get free shipping?

We are offering Free EMS shipping on orders over $50 USD and Free UPS shipping for orders over $130 USD (when shipped from Korea). These conditions are subject to change due to shipping rates change.
Countries where EMS and UPS is not available, we are offering DHL shipping options with some discounts for carts starting from 70 USD.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes. After you place your order, you will receive an email with your tracking information that you can use to track your package here: naroomask.com/track. Please check your junk and spam boxes if you can’t find the email with your tracking information.

My tracking number isn’t showing any information.

If the package is currently being processed before being handed over to the courier, your tracking number may take a few days to register in the courier’s system.

Where is my package?

If you have questions on the status of your package, please check naroomask.com/track using your tracking number and/or reach out to the shipper’s customer service. Please note that the tracking may not show up until it arrives in the destination country.

My tracking information says that the order was delivered, but I never received it. What do I do?

If you are unable to locate your order after tracking shows it was delivered, please be sure to check your area of delivery as sometimes couriers will leave it in hidden locations for safety. If you still cannot find it, please contact the local courier you selected at the checkout as this is the fastest way to locate the package. Otherwise, the package is subject to the shipping limitations below.

Lost Packages

If a package has been lost en route, please message the courier to make sure it gets to you.
If the package was delivered and never received, please contact the courier for resolution as we are not liable after delivery.

Where does my package ship from?

• Depending on where your order is shipping to, it will either come from warehouses in South Korea, the U.K., or the U.S.

What about customs and taxes?

Every country has different customs and tax policies. Please check your country’s policy before you purchase. We are not responsible for any additional customs, tax, or other country-levied fees. If you wish to return your package and receive a refund, the shipping funds will be deducted from the refund.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Do you charge extra fees for credit card/debit card?

• No, we do not charge extra fees for using a credit card or debit card to pay for your order.

How To Measure Your Mask Size

Most of our mask models are universal size because the fabric has stretch. But for the F.U+ Mask, F.U+ Copper, F1S, and N0U models we have size grading.

Measure your face as follows using either a measuring tape or a piece of string and a ruler:

For the face + tubular gaiters (masks like F5s, F5 etc), measure from the bridge of your nose, to the bottom of your neck.

Soak your mask.

Put a neutral detergent in lukewarm water. Spread out the mask in the water and wait for 5 minutes

Note: No hot water!Note: Outdoor detergents, shampoos, and wool shampoos are all neutral detergents.

Gently wash

Wash your mask gently without harshly rubbing or twisting the fabric. Then rinse gently.

Note: If you wash harshly, the nose clip may deform.

Rinse

Rinse the mask several times in clean water. Clean the inside of the mask under running water.

Note: Again, avoid harsh scrubbing and wash gently.

Squeeze out the water

When removing the water, do not twist the fabric! Squeeze the mask between your hands.

Note: Care should be taken during the drying process to minimize stretching.

Air dry

After gently squeezing out the water, let your mask air dry in a shady, well-ventilated area.

If you follow these 5 steps, you can use your NAROO mask for a long, long time.
