We take innovation seriously. We spent years developing and evolving the different iterations of our exoskeleton structure, the EX-BONE, that helps warm and humidify the air. This flexible, ergonomic invention prevents foggy goggles, allows you to speak freely, keeps you warm, and is the star of the Z9H snowboard and anti fog balaclava. But the mask itself also has a few daring innovations such as a zipper so you can control ventilation. It sports a full-coverage design that is thicker than Z5H to help tackle freezing temperatures.

3D Air-Warming Chamber and Zipper Valve
The key component of the Z9H is the ergonomically-designed EX-BONE, a lightweight, flexible exoskeleton-like structure that creates a 3D air-room. It prevents the fabric from touching your mouth and creating moisture buildup, but more importantly, it allows the air to become warm and humidified. And, if it gets too warm, the air intake zipper valve allows for immediate ventilation for comfortable breathing.
Safe Winter Breathing
Because our lungs are made to process humid, warm air, the chill, dry air of winter can lead to wheezing, coughing, and that painful burning feeling. We designed the snowboard and ski balaclava Z9H to solve that problem – it humidifies and warms the air. Additionally, it protects your face, head, ears, and neck from the wind, helping keep your body, lungs, and breathing warm.
Half-Balaclava Neck Warmer
No matter how many times you slide your helmet on or off, this face shield anti fog half-balaclava made of mixed-weave fabric wraps snugly around your head and face without sliding down or covering your eyes. The shape and tailored mixed-weave fabric of the half-balaclava also maximize protection from extreme elements during winter outdoor sports such as skiing, snowboarding, hiking, and climbing. The fabric also contains cuttable ponytail slits for those of you who like your hair to flow free.
Anti-Fog Optimisation + EX-HALE Enhancement
One of the biggest problems with neck and face warmers is that they fog up goggles and lenses. The EX-BONE combined with the Z9H’s adjustable nose clip helps prevent fogging. For even more powerful anti-fogging capabilities, you can choose to add the specially designed EX-HALE module to the EX-BONE frame that helps direct warm and humid air down and away from your goggles.

Do you provide tracking information?

- If you are unable to locate your order after tracking shows it was delivered, please be sure to check your area of delivery as sometimes couriers will leave it in hidden locations for safety. If you still cannot find it, please contact the local courier you selected at the checkout as this is the fastest way to locate the package. - PayPal: If you choose this method of payment, all you have to do is sign into your PayPal account and proceed as directed. If you don’t have a PayPal account, it is easy to make for free.
Will I receive an order confirmation?

How To Wear/Wash/Care/Measure NAROO mask
How To Measure Your Mask Size
Most of our mask models are universal size because the fabric has stretch. But for the F.U+ Mask, F.U+ Copper, F1S, and N0U models we have size grading.
Measure your face as follows using either a measuring tape or a piece of string and a ruler:
For the face + tubular gaiters (masks like F5s, F5 etc), measure from the bridge of your nose, to the bottom of your neck.
For the face masks (F.U Plus, F.U Plus Copper, N0U) measure from the bridge of your nose to your chin.

How To Wash And Care For Your Mask

Soak your mask.
Put a neutral detergent in lukewarm water. Spread out the mask in the water and wait for 5 minutes
Note: No hot water!Note: Outdoor detergents, shampoos, and wool shampoos are all neutral detergents.
Gently wash
Wash your mask gently without harshly rubbing or twisting the fabric. Then rinse gently.
Note: If you wash harshly, the nose clip may deform.
Rinse
Rinse the mask several times in clean water. Clean the inside of the mask under running water.
Note: Again, avoid harsh scrubbing and wash gently.
Squeeze out the water
When removing the water, do not twist the fabric! Squeeze the mask between your hands.
Note: Care should be taken during the drying process to minimize stretching.
Air dry
After gently squeezing out the water, let your mask air dry in a shady, well-ventilated area.
If you follow these 5 steps, you can use your NAROO mask for a long, long time.
